Finding the right real estate solution truly is a full-time job, and as your tenant representative, I’ll factor in all our client’s requirements and discuss what properties best suit the company’s needs. As a tenant representative, I’ll be there to assist throughout the entire leasing process, from the initial needs assessment and site selection to occupancy, term, tenancy, all the way through tenant retention and perhaps expansion.

Buyer Representation

ONB Properties takes pride in its ability to facilitate a seamless integration with owners, architects, engineers, designers, and general contractors. An owner's representative serves as an extension of the owner and a connector between the owner and project manager. From small upfits to ground up developments, I’ll work as a champion for my client’s projects acting as a point of contact through certificate of completion and/or occupancy. My priority is to eliminate some of the hassle and headaches new construction can bring. With over 22 years of experience in the CRE industry, brokerage, and development, I have extensive experience across multiple market sectors. This experience allows me to ensure all aspects of the project are accounted for early in the process. (background in ground-up construction)
